Be aware that fasting can cause hormonal imbalances that cause stress and anxiety. And you don't want any more of that when you have long covid.

And still, both my wife and I think Tylenol is a godsend. It's the only thing that works against period pains. Before Tylenol there was just aspirin, which did nothing whatsoever.

I went to the "Lange Nacht Der Museen" in Berlin. For a flat fee (12 Euro) you could visit museums all around the city until 2am. They even had speed tours for people who wanted to go to as many museums as possible and free shuttles between areas. We had a tour around Charlottenburg palace, given by the guy who runs the place, and a tour of the gaslights in the area - Berlin has 21000 gaslights - , and had a look at tons of plaster casts around midnight with nobody around. That was was creepy as heck.

Why is this stirring political passions? The Tories literally asked the mayor to expand the zone to MUCH bigger than it is now and he said "no".

Sadly they're incredibly misogynistic. Same applies to the Morse books. Samuel West is a fantastic reader, but you want to strangle Colin Dexter.

I've not been able to get fit since I've had Covid. I always feel terrible after any kind of exercise and the cardiologist has confirmed that my blood pressure sky rockets during exercise (despite betablockers and ace inhibitors), which would explain the problem.

I've bought an E-Bike and take short walks, but if anyone has any other suggestions that would be lovely.

It's really interesting to see the difference between drawings I've made in "I'm shit at everything" periods and in periods when I'm okay.

Sadly I've not been okay since I had Covid.
