    Mod's website: https://thatchers-techbase.github.io/

Also, I found this random page on the site where the author has set up a bio of themselves in the style of a creature from Dwarf Fortress: https://thatchers-techbase.github.io/file/dwarf-fortress.html

I wonder if idgames could safely host it? They don'tike offensive/objectionable content but it's not like she's alive.

It doesn't even seem that bad from the trailer. It's still just doom enemies recolored for the most part, not like they replaced every enemy with some human stand in for her admin.

It’s weird that this is flagged for removal while Simpsons Doom and Mario Doom are still available and featured.

Well Litches aren't technically alive or dead, so Margaret Thatcher really kind of falls into the grey area there.

I think the issue is that they are unlicensed IPs.

Which means that this mod, unlike those, has a much more of a leg to stand on in terms of intellectual property law. Given that Margaret Thatcher is dead, it has about equal impact in terms of harassment. Bethesda themselves made clear that "the mod was not in violation of its Terms of Service or Code of Conduct", according to the article.

Would they pull one of Hitler? I hope not. And this should be no different. If they're no longer alive or relevant, I don't see why this is an issue.

Isn't DOOM with Hitler how Wolfenstein got started?

Not quite, in that Wolfenstein 3D predated Doom by a year or so. Not that this really changes the point being made.
