I am currently taking a break from it but I love it! It's still in early access and in some ways it shows, but like another poster said - it's a grown up version of Minecraft, and it's beautifully made. And they work really well with modders so it's easy to mod the game however you like.

If you're in the mood for just pure resource gathering in a survival game, I don't think this is the game because tools (like pickaxes) can be precious and storage more limited.

I love the music. I'm usually the type to turn music off but I don't for this game because I feel like it integrates really well with gameplay.

Agreed on the 10/10 review. When I finished I was so sad to be done! Such a fantastic game. It made me think for awhile and I didn't/couldn't get into another game immediately after.

That's a good idea, I might give that a shot next time I feel up to risking it. (Edited this for typos)

It is my left hand (WASD keys) with the issue, unfortunately.

I would love to play 1.6, but I have it on steam with mods and it always causes pain in my left hand. I tried using a controller instead of the keyboard but my reflexes with a controller aren't as good, so mining and using weapons is slower and frustrating.

It's super odd because no other game (even ones I've spent more time per day on) has ever caused me hand pain like that.

I read the release notes and am sad I can't play, it sounds like a fantastic update!

I thought I replied to this yesterday, oops! I tried to acquire it when I was a teen and young adult because all of my friends loved to go meet "for coffee" and I wanted to fit in. They all said it was an acquired taste. I sure did not acquire it! Then I realized (as many young adults do) that no one cares, so I started ordering hot chocolate instead.

The last time I tried it was a few years ago when my boyfriend and I had first started dating. He thought I might like his cold brew so I humored him. I did not like it, it tasted the same as all other coffee I've ever had.

Making it easy will certainly help, and I commend you for doing it! Sounds like a very usable solution for your company's needs.

As others in this thread have stated, the best way to ensure widespread adoption is to get backing from those who have the power to enforce it. Not only backing, but active participation and support.

Research. I was a supporter of the death penalty - or rather, I didn't care about the death penalty being legal - until I looked into how much it costs vs. life in prison. Then I looked at the statistics of how many people on death row have been later exonerated, and/or found to not be given proper due process, I became 100% anti-death penalty.

Same with my political views. Research into the history and evolution of both parties, and the difference between conservative and progressive reshaped what I thought I was, and how I voted.

Good to know I'm not the only one that struggles with the dodge timing. I'll do something I don't usually like to do in this case and look up those other methods you listed so maybe it won't be as hard next time. Thank you!

I had been planning on waiting until the DLC for Tears of the Kingdom came out but since they announced that there are no plans for a DLC I jumped in. I thought BOTW was large (it is the first action-adventure, open air game I have ever played) and wow is TOTK even larger. It's very well done. I've done the Wind and Fire temples, so I'm at about mid game. I only have one criticism thus far:

I'm not all that skilled of a gamer but I beat the first boss (Wind Temple) with 4 hearts and the beginner armor set. At 15 hearts now and the soldier armor, I'm just now starting to be a bit more comfortable going against bokoblins and moblins. I could see not padding the major bosses being the developer's way of ensuring players who don't like fighting and prefer puzzles/shrines/temples to still progress in the game. It's just that it seems to be a pretty large imbalance to me.

As for what I'm doing now: In BOTW I avoided going against Lynels because they're scary, but I'd like to get over that now. I'm working up the nerve to do that before continuing the story. Most advice I've gotten for beating a Lynel is to get better at parrying and the perfect dodge, which I could never master well in BOTW. I do okay in the shrines that make you practice it but it's harder outside of that environment.

Some of them release albums but I find that's going away. I don't miss Netflix overall but listening or watching stand up has always been a comfort thing for me and I miss Netflix's library of it.

Everyone who knows me and my media/book tastes has recommended the Discworld series to me, and he seemed like such a lovely man but I could not make it through Color of Magic; I would fall asleep every time. I don't know if I should have started somewhere else but I eventually gave up.

I would be curious to see how many people take part once this is up and running. Making it faster would certainly help, and also making stops closer to where people actually live so you don't have to drive to a stop is also a great idea. I'm curious to see a route map, and the potential route maps for the two more planned ones. I'm too far out (I'm in OKC but close to Yukon/Mustang) but fully support making it easier for people to choose not to drive on a daily basis.

Somewhat related: I was going to Super Cao Nguyen the other day; it's been awhile since I've been over there, and they have finished putting in fully dedicated bike lanes along Classen and parts of Western. I like that the city is making strides to become less car-centric.
