Comment on Fifty years since Sweden first introduced state-funded parental leave for couples to share – pioneering policy offers some surprising lessons for other countries in ~society

I thought it was pretty good! The casting was for the most part really good, and I like the changes they made to the story and the pacing. My only real complaints are that some of the costumes look a bit daft and some of the special attacks I feel don't translate well to live-action.

I'm not saying this didn't happen, I'm just curious under what circumstances? Was this at a restaurant?

Until I stumbled upon this thread I actually had no idea those missions were so disliked. Makes me feel like I've been living in an oddly specific bubble, ha!

Weird, I thought, but what I didn't realize is that the game seemingly continued to simulate the vehicle, which consequently crashed into a group of innocent bystanders in the background, all of which now were screaming and very much on fire. While all of this happens the cutscene continues as if it there wasn't complete pandemonium just a few steps away!

Feels like things can go south in the blink of an eye, and it might be a bit too RNG-dependent for me.
Also finally got to play Tiwanaku (basically Minesweeper as a board game), solo. Lost that game too but man, what a clever little game.
I also had some friends over and played Cross Clues (fantastic Codenames-like game IMO), Fort (I lost by a wide margin) and Kites (real-time and chaotic, it's great) .

I just barely won with 1 HP left. I think it recreates some of the feeling of roguelite videogames like Slay the Spire fairly well.

I think you'd either need push notifications, as mentioned by u/creesch, or periodic background synchronization, as service workers are not constantly awake. It's not available in all browsers yet, though and is experimental at this stage, I think.
