I'm not sure how I feel about the multiplier bonus. If you figure out the pangram, it's optimal to wait until the multiplier is on a letter that appears the most times in the word, and also wait until the pangram will "use up" as many letter uses as possible. However, it seems the multiplier chooses a letter at random, or possibly a letter you haven't used very much, so it's hard to coordinate that. Near the end, it also seemed like there wasn't always a word that I could make using that bonus (though I may have just not found it).
Incidentally, I also got 285. I wonder how close our word order was. I realized I didn't have to wonder The pile: 8 words flunk 12 fun 12 thankful 36 thankfully 92 thank 24 hunky 60 than 21 flan 28

Edit: Just saw the little question mark popup button next to the score that explains the rules. That's the part I missed. I still think that could be a little more prominent for unobservant people like me.
"Rebar" is not a word in today's pile. How do I know which words are in the pile? I would have expected all words in the Scrabble dictionary to be accepted.

i like it! i got 285 👀
I got 300, I didn't super enjoy it though, not sure why as I normally like similar games. Maybe the limit on letter usage.

Yeah it just didn't land for me and maybe that was part of it too! Hard to say. But not bad
Yeah I have a burning desire to complete all the words.
345! And got the pangram! Though not first like I usually try to do on NYT Spelling Bee.

As a non-english speaker I did just over 100 and depleted good letters doing that. I can't figure any of the remaining words. Good game though!

268 pts. I never like letter/word games. Seems extra brutal when you're dealing with so few vowels.
