I'm totally with you, but practically I go minimalist. The reason? I have to clean this place. Moving all the stuff, that I'd love to have, in order to dust is just too much work.

The wiki provides a good catalog, but of course not every precise aesthetic can be captured there. Still, it is a useful starting point. Some that I would love to talk more about are (in no particular order)
Vaporwave — Probably pretty well known to most on here.

I'm a big fan of Art Deco. Something about it is very grandiose and reminds me of a time where the American dream was more tangible. The symmetry and geometric shapes are just soothing.

For interiors, my hands down absolute favorite aesthetic is the Arts and Crafts Movement, but in particular the Craftsman and Mission subsets (sadly unrepresented in this Wiki), which spawned beautiful interiors like this and this.
However, I think a lot of arts and crafts furniture is too heavy and blocky for the rest of the aesthetic (especially things like tables and chairs), and I think the style really calls for something more graceful and natural-looking. The Mission movement did produce a few such pieces, like this, but I think Shaker furniture and Midcentury Modern furniture generally pair better with the rest of the Arts and Crafts aesthetic.

Maximalist here. A blend of bright, hot contrasting colors, different moods for each room, an eclectic collection of furniture, art, tchatchkis amd books. It's our place and we love it but its a lot for some. We don't have a white wall in the house. It's a good thing we both have good hand skills. We can customize and repurpose just about anything.

Interesting, I didn't realize "liminal space" was an aesthetic. I had a stint as a photography nerd and most of my favorite pictures slots into that style.

Metal: kinda surprised how many niche styles are present on the wiki but so much is just classified as "metal." I lean more into the zen/doom metal vibe. Dark colors, simple fonts and logos.
Dark Academia: I can't really find a listed aesthetic that captures the "dark surrealism" that I love. Also common in the doom metal aesthetic. Example: Mariusz Lewandoski.

For me, I'm into Green Academia and Solarpunk, with a bit of Junglecore mixed in.
Honestly before looking through this wiki I only really thought of myself liking Solarpunk stuff, and what I called "Hobbitcore", which I felt like was distinct from cottagecore. Not that hobbits were inherently "scientific", but I guess I'm more "Bilbocore" than "Hobbitcore", because I liked how Bilbo had a collection of artifacts and detailed maps. If he was also a horticulturalist or zoologist that would have been spot on the money for me.
I guess also, deep down, there's a little bit of goblincore in me.
Point is, if you haven't caught on, my ideal future society is a Solarpunk society where everyone lives in technologically advanced hobbit holes. That also has a lot of low tech in the house like paper and books, because we like those things, right?

Edit: Also the Tunic aesthetic, not the low poly, but the geometric shapes with metallic gradients and chromatic aberration on top. This gif is a better example. I wish I knew what is called.

Maximalism. I want my home to look like an old wizard's study.

Dust builds character!

If nothing else, it's a hell of a lot of fun browsing that list of aesthetics and I wanted to share.
I resonated with solarpunk but I don’t understand why they referenced Hayao Miyazaki in the manifesto?

Living in harmony with nature + you gotta be a pretty big nerd to edit Fandom wikias and nerds gonna nerd.
Cyberpunk
Steampunk / Dieselpunk
Dark Fantasy
Gothic
And if you combine them all, you pretty much end up with Warhammer 40k aesthetics, which I absolutely adore... but they don't have a specific entry for. :(
Grimdark?
Yeah, pretty much... but they don't have a grimdark entry either. I looked. :/

As for exteriors, I'll take one Art Deco and one Cottagecore with a healthy heaping of Goblincore, please.
