This website gave me lots of things for a while - even including friends I met irl - and particularly due to the efforts of @teaearlgraycold with his mc server. It was fun while it lasted, but I guess the time has come at last.
If someone really wants to stay in contact with me, send me a PM so we discuss whether we have any overlapping platforms or whatnot (not that I'm expecting to receive more than 3-4 at best). I'll otherwise abandon this account and my alts in roughly a week, but I'll continue logging onto @teaearlgraycold's MC server until it shuts down for this season.

Like you, I do see some negativity portrayed in it, but I'm seeing it more as a post-apocalyptic painting (perhaps due to climate change) rather than gore

Personally, sure, in that set there's got to be a subset you subjectively won't vibe with. But there's also great things too.
For instance, the amazing @faye_luna recently told me about Yves Klein's blue painting, where he mixed a pigment for the first time in history (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Klein_Blue), and I think that painting is beautiful and has a strange charm to it even if it is just monochrome. Or, Faye once also told me about Teresa Margolles's "Bandera I", basically a flag dyed with blood collected from execution sites in Mexico. They're just monochrome, sure, but they have a lot of subjective art value and merit for me. Or, again, see @faye_luna's photography work "Gash" from last year's timasomo. It's easy to go "oh, it's just a polaroid with a string in it, everyone can do it", but it evokes an emotional response to me and it actually speaks to me in some way. How is it meritless art?
Then there's the other stuff. It's easy to go, "oh, it's just meaningless bullshit made to launder money and scam people", and surely such examples exist, but it doesn't have to be like that. There is plenty of "modern art" that can mean something to you, once you're ready for it. I can look at some of those sculptures and installations and be like, yeah, that honestly does describe how I feel right now.

- Mother's favourite number is 13, and that's an odd number. Therefore, odd numbers are inherently better
- The folklore album has a song named "seven". The series contains a seven. The folklore album also contains the song "betty", in which James says, among other things "...I'm only 17, I don't know anything...". Another point for the first series
- In the album "Speak Now", the song "Timeless" contains a reference both to the '30s, and to WW2, which famously kicked off in 1939. 39 is contained in the series so that gives a point for the first series. However, the same lyrical reference mentions 1944. So that's a point for the second series, resulting in a tie for this bullet point.
- In the album "Red", there is a song "22". However, this album was also re-released anew when she lacked the rights to her masters, as "Red (Taylor's Version). And of course 22*2 = 44. That's a point for the second series. However Taylor Swift famously signed "55" when she was playing "22" in Miami during the Eras Tour. So this also gives a point for the first series.
That's still more points for the first series, so the first series is better
I imagine it's going to get lost in that thread, so also cross-posting here where it's more relevant. FYI I'm leaving tildes and I probably won't be joining you next season.
