Regular cannabis users often experience powerful and intense lucid dreams when they go on a break as their body is finally able to enter REM sleep once more. Considering how important sleep is for general health and well being I'd say the answer to your question is unequivocally yes. Regular, long term use of cannabis is unhealthy.
That said, I don't believe that recreational use of cannabis is intrinsically negative. Anyone who's used it can attest to the fact that it can be a fantastic recreational drug.

Personally I think unions are a good thing in the esports business, companies are notoriously exploitative of both players and their own employees.
I've volunteered at LAN events and I couldn't tell you how many stories I've heard of people being unknowingly used and taken advantage of, made to work for free, gotten screwed out of their contracts and more. It's a dirty business.

Check out their most recent series on the murders of Tupac and Notorious B.I.G.
The Joe Rogan Experience - This man probably needs no introduction, but I mention this show just in case. If you haven't watched/listened to this show, just look up the Alex Jones episode on YouTube to start with. Also check out the episodes with Jamie Foxx, Megan Phelps-Roger, Leah Remini, Jordan Peterson, and episode #666 with Duncan Trussel. Ought to give you an idea of what the show is about.
The Best Debate In The Universe - A podcast hosted by my favorite angry Armenian guy, Maddox. Maddox is a satirist and writer who's most well known for his website The Best Page In The Universe and his YouTube channel. The show is mostly centered around debating contemporary topics. Heads up, they had to work quite a bit on the format of the show and it improved a lot over time.

Firefox tends to slow down as you install various privacy/security addons, especially the startup time noticeably slows down even after installing just a couple of addons.
If you have a lot of tabs open it eats up more RAM, and again startup is further slowed down the more tabs are open.
I still feel a sense of brand loyalty towards Mozilla because their browser was kick ass for a long period of time, but brand loyalty doesn't make my browser behave the way I want it to.

I met people online back then in Halo CE, Quake 3, Counter Strike 1.6 and Call of Duty 2 who I still talk to... in one case 15 plus years later? I've known some of those guys for half of my entire life.
Consequently, these days I've almost completely lost interest in online gaming except for one game. World of Warcraft on private servers still captures the spirit of community that is gone now. There's still a tight knit community keeping the game alive all these years later.
I've played other online games on and off, mainly Dota 2 and League of Legends but the more I played the more I came to realize how hollow and empty those games were. Games just fail at creating lasting social ties when your fellow players are just warm bodies put there temporarily to create the feeling of challenge.
Back in the day I used to know who all of the big name players from my region were and talked to them personally. Now that's all gone.

Thank god Twitch came along and stole live streaming out from underneath their feet. A serious competitor is exactly what YouTube needs right now.

YouTube begins issuing strikes to channels that advertise their Twitch counterparts
@linustech: Basically they are mad we are publicizing our stream on Twitch. Yet another move towards YouTube owning the audience rather than the creators having control of that relationship. To be clear these guidelines have existed for a long time. The enforcement is new.

We're worried we'll use them against each other in war, but all it takes is a big enough crisis, and scared people will do just about anything to feel safe again. It's a short step from a major crisis to weaponized drones being deployed against human beings during peace time. We're heading toward a very dark place.

Studies show that cannabis does negatively impact cognitive abilities, particularly memory and the brain's ability to recall words is significantly influenced in later stages of life. At around age 40 the differences between frequent cannabis users vs. the control group was statistically significant. The divergence continues to grow more significant for each decade beyond that point. We don't yet know why cannabis seems to have this effect, but we do know that it happens.
