In early days Amazon accepted returns for any reason. But now the frauds have increased so much both Amazon and Flipkart have tightened their return policy. Worst hit is smartphones category, specially on Flipkart - they'll make you install a third party app with full adminstrator permission to check for any issues, and if it display 'no issue' forget ever returning the phone.

In future if you order any expensive electronic items make sure to check everything at time of delivery and have it recorded otherwise they do hard time accepting returns.

Also if you want to contact Amazon support do not call them. There is a chat option in the app. I always use it for returns. Call centre people waste a lot of time.

Same modus operandi used in India for return frauds the gangs are actually US based also operating in India

This is heavily politicised issue. I'm only commenting on why video is blocked. CBS does mention it is as per IT ACT 2000 of India but they do not mention what actually this person was doing before he was killed (that is also covered differently in Canada and India due to political reasons).

None of Canadian coverage including this video mentions that Nijaar was a Khalistani separatist and involved in terrorist activities in India. Any Indian news source will mention that, Khalistani separatist were involved in 2011 Republic Day Riots inspired by Capitol Attack in USA. They have repeatedly given death threats to PM of India and Canada has refused to take any action for that. In 80s Khalistani terrorist killed, then PM of India, India Gandhi so these threats are not taken lightly by India.

Indian coverage for video blocking. Notice the change of words used for Nijjar.

Yeah, someone really wants us to buy natural diamonds.

When you buy a natural diamond, there’s a story that it is three billion years in the making by Mother Earth. This wondrous creation of nature … you cannot tell that story with a lab-grown,”

Paying thousands of dollars for something that drops most of its value in just a few years can leave the buyer feeling cheated,

23&Me is however publically traded and stockholders will need the perpetual increasing revenue. They are also not profitable. Plus now they want to enter healthcare and subscriptions (Weekly DNA test?) that's just cash burning. My suggestion, start a pathology business also.

In India they were already providing video content with ads.

Amazon Prime Video had ad-free experience (not including ads from their own shows) for Amazon Prime members.

In addition to that, main Amazon app has a MiniTV section that offers ad supported (every. 5 minutes) video content for everyone - anyone with Amazon account. It has variety of original shows, plus Korean local dubs and Hollywood movies. Funnily they have added MiniTV content with ads in the Prime Video app also. Doesn't matter if you've prime membership MiniTV shows will have ads.

As per this, Bing AI bot has actually caused financial loss to NYTimes by removing their referal links.

In one example of how A.I. systems use The Times’s material, the suit showed that Browse With Bing, a Microsoft search feature powered by ChatGPT, reproduced almost verbatim results from Wirecutter, The Times’s product review site. The text results from Bing, however, did not link to the Wirecutter article, and they stripped away the referral links in the text that Wirecutter uses to generate commissions from sales based on its recommendations.
