If you refresh it's almost impossible to see previous posts. And most annoying thing I felt was Facebook ruined while browser history. Every page visited has Facebook title in history page

You'll face more rejection being a single male then being non vegetarian here. Some only rent to traditional married couples.
Even if they are okay with non vegetarians, Hindus will be object with beef eaters and Muslims will object with pork eaters. Some are fine if you bring non veg from outside and don't cook in the house itself. Everyone will put ban on alcohol and smoking.

About the heat, Saudi Arabia govt has a good idea how the temperature goes during summers there. But there only suggestions are "to use umbrellas, drink plenty of water and avoid exposure to the sun during the hottest hours of the day" despite knowing very well most religious activities are done outside.

Residential developments are having charging points here and people will happily pay extra for it imo because they want to be future safe with homes.
