What games have you been playing, and what's your opinion on them?
What have you been playing lately? Discussion about video games and board games are both welcome. Please don't just make a list of titles, give some thoughts about the game(s) as well.
I played some Crypt of the Necrodancer, which I got dirt cheap during the sale. I'd seen it many times before, but it was one of those games I'd never actually played myself. As a roguelite it's a game that takes not very long or forever, depending on your perspective, so it's not the kind of game I want to play all in one go, but I had some fun with it so far.
I started Deer & Boy, a moody indie platformer with beautiful art, short, encapsulated problem-solving segments and visual storytelling. In other words, it's very similar to Planet of Lana, although in this one, (so far) the pet has to be carried, but doesn't help much. Mui just might be the superior pet!
