Sweet Smokey Rub

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1 Package Onion Soup Mix
• 1/3 Cup Smoked Paprika

Method

Place in the blender and blend on high until all of the onion bits are fully powderized.

Using

Dip your meat in oil then in the dry rub.
As it cooks the sugar melts and creates a nice crispy coating.
