Looking for more to make a playlist to keep myself entertained when doing tasks. No limits on genres or languages!

      Old timey country, nice. They are more interesting when not literal so I don't at all mind the loose thematic connection.

    A lot of Cornelius's music fits well. "Fit" from Sensuous would be good, or "Drop", where the music video is a kid washing his hands. The sound of the music definitely fits your theme of chores /...

The sound of the music definitely fits your theme of chores / daily routine even if some of the specifics don't. I'd check out the whole Point album. Maybe "Typewrite Lesson," too. Either way, it's all so dang good.

        I can't recommend KKB enough. The first two songs are from their second album Graduation, which is probably up your alley; very poppy energy, but with kind of melancholic subject matter about the day-to-day and growing up that keep it grounded. Dump is from their album Time 'n' Place, which amps the shit out of the melancholy by jamming shoegaze and noise rock into the pop, but still somehow keeps the ultimately positive vibe. The latter is a top 3 album for me.
