What I mean by this: information that is not self-contained in the song/album enhances or changes our interpretations of it. It can be something the artist said/did, the historical or cultural context surrounding the music, the inspiration for the song or its writing/recording process, or anything else that makes the target music more meaningful.
Arguably any music can benefit from knowing its "outside story", so I'm looking for particularly noteworthy examples -- ones where this information is especially significant. This is of course subjective, so really anything goes! If you think it's important, well, then that's good enough to share!

My husband's birthday is coming up and I want to get him a smartwatch that syncs with his Pixel. I was gifted an Apple 3 watch which I like a lot and would like to find something with the same sort of functionality for android. I tried going through watch reviews but ended up with buyers paralysis because there's so many to choose from. What would you recommend and why?
Edit: Fitness is not the key use I'm looking for.

Preceded by this post for all countries, this post for poor countries and this post for (overtly) authoritarian countries.
I'm Brazilian so I get to correct pretty silly stuff:
Brazil is a big place and the climate isn't homogeneous.
People like soccer here and many love it (some are reactionary and fight over games, as always) but it's not as all consuming as some people seem to think.
No, we aren't all extroverts, party animals, social butterflies, whatever, although I do feel the "Overton window" here on social things is more extraverted than in the US/West (and Japan and South Korea) in general.
We don't all listen to samba. While people here most often listen to pagode, sertanejo and Funk (moderately controversial music genre, though not really for substantive reasons) which are generally (keyword, obviously many songs in these genres are serious) lighthearted/for entertainment, we listen to serious or relaxed music too, mainly in rap, because we are normal.
I honestly can't really think of any misconceptions that aren't half-beaten to death about here.

I'd like to learn Hebrew, and my understanding is that the OT vocabulary is very limited, though creative word use, particularly in Hebrew poetry is a challenge to understand.
I don't know enough about the distinctions between Ancient and modern Hebrew to be certain, but I believe they are significant enough that Duolingo won't be a good fit, particularly as definitions of words in ancient Hebrew aren't always agreed upon.
Are there any recommendations? I have the Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia and a couple other books, since I thought they would be good references, but a lot of the word formations are dependent on pronunciation, and reading descriptions of how to pronounce words isn't doing it for me.

DC United parts ways with long time coach Ben Olson in the middle of dreadful season

Olsen has been a fixture in D.C. United for over two decades. First as a player and then as the longest serving coach in the franchise's history. In fact, in all Washington sports, only legendary football coach Joe Gibbs had a longer stay at one team.
Yet, he's always been a bit of an anomaly for such a long tenured coach. He never won the league championship, and only one piece of hardware (the somewhat obscure U.S. Open Cup, a tournament competition open to all professional and amateur soccer sides in the country) during his tenure. But he was known for his gritty game style that squeezed a lot of value out of one the most poorly funded rosters in the league for the decade he was at the helm.
But the last year has been especially bad. After the departure of soccer superstar Wayne Rooney, the front office struggled to fill the big shoes left behind and the wheels began to really come off. The team is currently sitting with just two wins. While some of that can be ascribed to a slew of injuries, United has played matches missing 8 of what would likely be their starting 11 this year, Olsen has been seen on thin ice for a while for not being able to get beyond the occasional playoff appearance.
It's kind of a mixed feeling among the fanbase, many of whom knew that it was time for the club to move on from Olsen, but at the same time he is a legend to the club for his long time involvement and glory days as a player. Still, some loyalists say the front office has dug their own graves with this move, as Benny was probably one of the only people in the world willing to coach the squad given how little the front office spends on its roster. Now they may be out of excuses as to why the wins aren't coming.
