It’s time for annother edition of our biannual Game Giveaway topics! Share games with the community; get rid of those extra bundle keys you have lying around; maybe do a cool The Price Is Right-style game?

Anyone can choose to be a gifter, giftee, or both! Giveaway rules are set by individual gifters, but there are handful of guidelines everyone should follow:
- No grey market keys! Only give away games from reputable sources. If you're not sure what this means, please ask.
- Requests for games should be done in this topic, but if the gift is a key, those should be delivered by PMs only. Please don't post keys publicly in this topic, even obfuscated ones.

Method/Rules: First-come, first-served. Direct gift on Steam. I'll give away up to two copies of any single game, so don't worry if someone beats you to your pick! I only request that at least one of your picks has to be something you're coming across for the first time.
Timeframe: I'll redeem requests nightly until July 10th... basically the duration of the Steam Summer Sale.
Very pleased to finally contribute to one of these! I'm hoping to mostly show love to some smaller/maybe lesser-known games that I'm either interested in but likely won't play myself, or have played and do recommend.

I've played quick count at least fifteen of these games in full and can confirm what an awesome list this is. I hope your giveaway makes more people fall in love with these indie gems! And yes, CrossCode is top of its class for me.
I don't want to put too much of a strain on your finances but as I see one request for Teslagrad 2 so far, may I have the second one, please? That is a game I definitely want to play, and triple checks don't own yet.

Thanks for compiling this list! There are some real bangers on here, too. I'm going to second your comment about Crosscode -- it's criminally underrated, definitely one of my favorite games of the past decade.
As for what I'm interested in: I had never heard of Souldiers, but it looks exactly like the sort of game I'd enjoy. I'd like to request a copy, please!

In the spirit of your request, I have never heard of Dap and it looks hauntingly stunning.

I'm not one for horror films, games, etc. but Dap definitely caught my attention. Like a twisted reimagining of the kodama from Princess Mononoke.
Octahedron is one of my favorite games of all time. The soundtrack is so good!

I have CrossCode in my wishlist so I'd love to get that one, but I'd also like Raji: An Ancient Epic as well. Looks beautiful and I like that it explores Indian mythology, which I know little about.

If I could please request Road 96 and Inmost if they are still available. I think I've heard of Road 96 before although never heard of Inmost although if you recommend it, it is probably worth a try.
Love seeing requests for Road 96 on Tildes, I wrote a little about it in the past for those who want to learn more (the game has been given away before, so I'm sure it will be given away again in the future!)
I got a lot more time out of it (>13hrs) than Inmost (>4hrs) but I remember enjoying Inmost too.

I completely agree about CrossCode. I remember that game since it was still in very early development and only the demos were available. And even then, it felt like a big thing! Some time ago I was playing it on a console and I was really surprised how far it's come since then, especially lore-wise.
That being said, I will say, Neo Cab actually looks surprisingly interesting, but I don't want to be greedy as I've already made a request for something in a different comment on this post.

I haven't had time/energy lately to put together something creative like I usually do. My dog is recovering from surgery and requires constant care, and I also coincidentally caught COVID, which has sapped my energy levels to those of a slug. To make things easy for myself, I'm just going to do a good old traditional raffle.

Lots of great games on your list, but I just wanted to highlight one of my favorites (Monster Train) for anyone who is into roguelike deckbuilders. On par with Slay the Spire in terms of depth, polish, and replayability. Highly recommend.
Monster Train also has a built in multiplayer of sorts. More of a competitive race to the finish than coop, but it adds to the replayability a lot if you're into that sort of thing. I'd love a feature like it in Slay the Spire. Maybe we'll get lucky with StP2.

Also to others trying to decide what games to try for, Coromon is a treat if you like old-school Pokémon! I played it during the Backlog Burner, had a lot of fun. It has a lot of grinding, which is actually pretty good for video essays or podcasts and the like.

For the love of god, someone put a ticket on Prey (2017) and play it! For anyone who doesn't know it should've been called Neuroshock, it's an Im-Sim with no relation to the original FPS series, it has baller 3D controls for typically-annoying zero-G segments, and it's considered a giant marketing blunder by their own team for an utterly incredible game. It finally made Im-Sims click for me, cannot recommend it enough.

Great list and thank you for doing this! I will personally pass on the games but I recommend cultist simulator! It's kind of a hard to learn game but it's rewarding and fun when you do!
I actually got cultist simulator during the last giveaway thread and it never really clicked for me. What about it do you really like? Maybe it'll help me appreciate it better.
For me it's the discovery of new things, it's a hard game and it's definitely not for everyone. It took me maybe 4 times to actually get into it.

I found a very old humble bundle (from 2021) for board games that I haven't fully redeemed, so I figure you guys might want the games I didn't use. This is a very old bundle, and Pandemic is no longer for sale on Steam, but I believe the keys should still be redeemable.

Not really a gift, but I recently discovered Moonring on steam. It is an homage to late 80s cRPGs like Ultima, but with a lot of QoL improvements. It is also available for free which is nice so if that type of game is your jam give it a spin!
