Commentary:
Ada Aik is a Finnish experimental pop musician. Their debut concept album is imagined around the story of a dollhouse, with each room representing an emotional state such as depression or fear. These themes extend beyond the music into visual media which can be further explored on their website.

Commentary:
Indie folk band Seabear hold a special place in the hearts of many Icelanders. Ten years have passed since their previous album, so the cozy and imaginative folk sound of âIn Another Lifeâ has been warmly embraced. Their music video to âParadeâ was posted to Tildes last week.

Commentary:
For the big release this April we turn to Norway, where it doesn't get much bigger than Röyksopp. âProfound Mysteriesâ has been released to stellar reviews, with reference made to a darker, more haunting sound from the band. The visualizer music videos by Jonathan Zawada certainly amplify this feel.

Commentary:
We should really be talking about Swedish House Mafia's debut studio album, twelve years after the release of their debut single. But the real gem among the Swedish releases this month is the return of Slowgold. Their song âVĂ€ntarâ from 2017 still sees regular rotation in our house...

To me, they feel kind of OP to discover if you're not a very motivated person, but I suppose that's who they're for. I did one of those trophies for Sonic Generations when I stumbled upon it online and it was to no-hit the final boss on hard mode with no add-ons (in game stuff) and I can't help but feel that there's no way I would have known that's the trophy.
It has been two days since I have seen this movie and yet I still have not come to the point where I can talk about it in a way that makes any sense.
The only way I have been able to describe the movie so far is that itâs a roughly two hour long action comedy drama. The name really fits because it is about everything. Success, failure, choice, the nature of meaning, what we owe to each other, why we are here, who we are, and what makes life worth living. Itâs also a generational drama, a wuxia film, and a shameless knockoff of ratatouille.
Itâs also a movie that I am afraid of spoiling the plot for you in spite of the fact that I am fairly sure that the film is unique enough that you couldnât possibly âget itâ no matter how much I talk about it.
Itâs also the first movie in such a long time where the ideas didnât fly over peoples heads and so much of the audience was stuck after the credits just trying to recover from the experience while wiping the tears from their eyes.
This film is so far out in front of all other choices that I think itâs pretty safe to say itâs going to be my pick for best film of this decade. And you should try to watch it in theaters while you can.

Feel free to give recs or discuss anything about each others' listening habits.

I have mixed views on arbitration, it does lower costs, but arbitrators rarely see things from the consumers' perspectives.
Here are the instructions for opting out, which I will be recommending to all my friends (followed by a link to the form):
You can choose to reject this Agreement to Arbitrate (âopt-outâ) by mailing us a written opt-out notice. For new Venmo users, the opt-out notice must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the date you accept the User Agreement for the first time. If you are already a current Venmo user and previously accepted the User Agreement prior to the introduction of this Agreement to Arbitrate on May 23, 2022, the Opt-Out Notice must be postmarked no later than June 22, 2022. You must mail the opt-out notice to PayPal, Inc., Attn: Litigation Department, Re: Venmo Opt-Out Notice, 2211 North First Street, San Jose, CA 95131. For your convenience, we are providing an opt-out notice form you must complete and mail to opt-out of this Agreement to Arbitrate. You must complete this form by providing all the information it calls for, including your name, address, phone number, Venmo user name, and the email address(es) used to log in to the Venmo account(s) to which the opt-out applies. You must sign the opt-out notice for it to be effective. This procedure is the only way you can opt-out of the Agreement to Arbitrate. If you opt-out of this Agreement to Arbitrate, all other parts of the User Agreement will continue to apply. Opting out of this Agreement to Arbitrate has no effect on any previous, other, or future arbitration agreements that you may have with us.

I have been experiencing this for 3-4 years now. It used to be that I daydream only when I am bored lying in the bed but for the past year my daydreams have been becoming more and more involved in my life. I can't think of myself as anything but my character in my dreams. It lasts for hours in a day and is sometimes my only source of joy. I sometimes am so out of it that an hour has passed of me dreaming and I don't remember what I was doing originally. I honestly don't really feel comfortable in my real body either. I want to live as the person I see in my daydreams. Is there anyone who experiences this or has recovered from it? I am honestly really scared...

In light of our 4th anniversary here, I believe it is time for another thread on those beloved furry/scaly/feathered friends we all know and are beholden to.
So fellow Tilderinos, share your pets! Photos! Stories! Antics! Attitudes! How they've changed your life! How you've changed theirs!
Been a minute (couple of years), but we have done this before, older posts are below:

What have you been doing lately for your own fitness? Try out any new programs or exercises? Have any questions for others about your training? Want to vent about poor behavior in the gym? Started a new diet or have a new recipe you want to share? Anything else health and wellness related?
As part of a weekly series, these topics are a place for users to casually discuss the things they did â or didn't do â during their weekend. Did you make any plans? Take a trip? Do nothing at all? Tell us about it!
The first regards a legend (amongst a certain genre)
33 cassette tapes were released, all accounted for, and the band don't want them released in another form.
Then, against all odds or expectations, it gets leaked... and apparently it's official.
Godspeed You! Black Emperor - All Lights Fucked on the Hairy Amp Drooling
The second is the sad death of another legend, Klaus Schulz.
Timewind is probably his "classic" album
I heard his collaborations with Pete Namlook and Bill Laswell, The Dark Side of the Moog, and scoured soulseek for them - gotta get 'em all!.
This was during the nascent and formative time in my exploration of electronic music, which I think directed me away from the more commercial or mainstream side. I really liked the humour and seeming lack of ego or self-absorption they displayed.
I've posted this before, but it's been a couple years. It can be a hobby, a good deed, something simple, something complex, or anything in between - mainly, whatever doesn't fit into the more niche topics that are posted about this here (such as the weekly technical projects thread in ~comp).
This thread is posted weekly, and is intended as a place for more-casual discussion of the coronavirus and questions/updates that may not warrant their own dedicated topics. Tell us about what the situation is like where you live!
What have you been watching and reading this week? You don't need to give us a whole essay if you don't want to, but please write something! Feel free to talk about something you saw that was cool, something that was bad, ask for recommendations, or anything else you can think of.
If you want to, feel free to find the thing you're talking about and link to its pages on Anilist, MAL, or any other database you use!
